
Strategic Business Development Manager

You Will Make Your Mark By:- Managing complex commercial transactions up to $15 million TAE.
- Developing strong relationships with local industry groups and implementing strategies to increase the bank's profile in the community.
- Engaging with customers through high-quality conversations to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Building lasting relationships focused on acquiring new customers.
- Identifying and leading initiatives that optimize the bank's profile and growth prospects.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in business or finance.
- The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver license.
- Demonstrated expertise in business lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the financial market conditions, products, cash flows, and markets.
