Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strong relationships with local industry groups and implementing strategies to increase the bank's profile in the community.
  • Engaging with customers through high-quality conversations to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Building lasting relationships focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Identifying and leading initiatives that optimize the bank's profile and growth prospects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business or finance.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver license.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business lending and credit risk principles.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial market conditions, products, cash flows, and markets.
