Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The Role

As an Operations Team Member in our Grading and Kitting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring devices meet company standards. Reporting to the Grading Team Leader, you will classify, grade, clean, and kit devices according to defined standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure devices are adequately prepared with the correct accessories and packaging for customer delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Device Classification and Grading: Classify and grade devices based on established grading standards, inspecting for defects, damages, or inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cleaning and Preparation: Clean devices thoroughly, performing final checks to ensure they meet quality standards before kitting.
  • Kitting and Packaging: Pack devices with correct accessories into appropriate boxes, ensuring all kitted products are complete, correctly labelled, and ready for dispatch.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow quality assurance protocols to ensure devices meet customer expectations, reporting any quality issues or non-conformities promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company standards and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels of accessories and packaging materials, notifying the Grading Team Leader of any shortages or issues that may impact the kitting process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse, manufacturing, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of using computers and inventory management systems.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods and handling devices.
