The Role

As an Enterprise AI Quality Assurance Specialist at Haast, you'll shape our testing philosophy and develop comprehensive quality assurance processes for our platform. Your work will ensure the reliability and accuracy of our compliance engine while maintaining high data quality standards. We're seeking someone who combines strong technical testing skills with data analysis capabilities to build robust quality assurance frameworks.

Impact You'll Make
  • Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies for our platform
  • Create automated tests for both platform behavior and data quality
  • Build and maintain testing frameworks for our data pipeline
  • Develop monitoring dashboards for business metrics and data quality
  • Perform thorough manual testing of new features and pull requests
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems
  • Create and maintain testing documentation and best practices
  • Collaborate with teams to improve quality processes and standards
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation and testing
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for test automation
  • Experience with API testing and web application testing
  • Solid understanding of data quality principles and testing
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations
  • Track record of implementing automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with continuous integration testing
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/ML system testing
  • Knowledge of testing data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Bruno for API testing
  • Experience with modern monitoring tools
  • Background in compliance or regulatory systems
  • Experience with GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of performance testing
  • Experience with StreamLit or similar dashboard tools
