We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Digital Marketing Leader to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to define strategies and goals, overseeing and managing all agency operations, specifically client services, and project management. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction by monitoring project timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to define strategies and goals.
  • Oversee and manage all agency operations, specifically client services, and project management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring project timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing complex projects and multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
