Digital Marketing Leader

Lead the development and implementation of a high-level strategic marketing plan, collaborating with senior stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business goals into effective marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, tools, and trends to drive results.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and General Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with Partners and Practice Groups to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Partners, and other senior leaders.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within professional services or B2B, is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
