Digital Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team based in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the online growth and content exposure across all digital channels.

As a seasoned digital marketer with 5+ years' experience managing acquisition and retention strategies leveraging paid media, CRM, and affiliates, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms will enable you to effectively monitor performance against sales targets and identify optimisation opportunities.

You will lead twice weekly strategic calls with external agencies to ensure deliverability of campaigns and accountability against KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to curate and execute cohesive multi-channel content journeys for customers, ensuring critical path deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and platforms, with experience in affiliates networks management and a proven track record of delivering results-focused strategies. A degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing is highly regarded.
