About the Role

As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Liaising with nursing unit managers to coordinate staffing and resources
  • Coordinating patient flow and operational processes
  • Managing admissions and discharge planning

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
