Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards
  • Liaise with Nurse Unit Managers to ensure seamless ward and department operations
  • Assist in staff coordination and management of patient flow
  • Plan and execute operational processes to optimize hospital efficiency
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharge planning support
  • Sustain a culture of quality improvement, safety, and staff well-being

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands and allocate resources effectively
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
