Senior Operations Manager

The Concrete Plant Manager role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concrete plants in Geelong and Colac.
This is a multi-faceted position responsible for managing sales, operational and financial activities. The ideal candidate will be in the driver's seat, making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily management, sales, operational and financial activities of the concrete plant
- Engage with customers to strategically grow and manage the existing customer base within the Geelong market
- Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure customer satisfaction
- A results-driven leader who can inspire and lead teams through transformation
- Experience in a sales environment and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- A positive presence in delivering remarkable customer service and great results
- A team player who can multitask and make quick effective decisions under pressure
