Senior Operations Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing workshop operations, including the oversight of repair methods and estimates.

  • Maintaining a safe working environment, supporting the ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables.
  • Liaising with customers and insurers to ensure smooth approval processes, using estimating systems to create timely and cost-effective quotes.
  • Ensuring repair methods align with OEM and safety standards, supporting workshop productivity and job flow.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the collision repair industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating systems, such as Audanet and iBodyShop.
  • A team-first attitude with the ability to motivate and lead others, demonstrating high attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
