Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at a leading technology company.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that works on cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production and material planning across multiple product lines, as well as demand planning through the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Mentor and develop staff members to enhance their skills and abilities
  • Prepare management/executive scorecards and reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • Participate in management meetings and operational reviews to drive business growth
  • Lead and develop the SIOP process within Business Units and Sites

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in the same fields
  • 10+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management with a demonstrated track record of performance

Preferred Skills:

  • APICS Certification or equivalent
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics (AX) or similar software
  • Subject matter expert in Bill of Materials (AMRs/EMs/e BOMs/m BOMS) and work orders
