About This Role

As a Real Estate Valuation Manager, you will oversee the effective management and compliance of real estate valuations, upkeep, and environmental management across multiple state-wide defence bases.

You will ensure the integrity and safety of electrical operations, water quality systems, and wastewater systems, while managing all asbestos-related issues and concerns.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively. You should be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies is essential for this role, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
