Estate Maintenance Manager
About the Role:This is a leadership position where you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of estates to the highest standards.
Main responsibilities include supervising teams, managing external contractors, issuing work permits, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
You will collaborate with base managers to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
About You:We are looking for an experienced supervisor who has worked in estate maintenance or a similar field.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of health and safety regulations, experience in team management and contractor supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency in using maintenance management systems.
- A degree in facilities management, property maintenance, or a trade-related field is highly desirable.
- Citizenship of Australia and ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance are essential.
