Property Manager

Key Responsibilities: As a Property Manager within our team, you will have the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring a personalized experience for both clients and tenants. Our focus is on quality over quantity, allowing you to thrive in your role and develop a genuine love for real estate management.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum FIVE years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
  2. Must hold a Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain straight away
  3. Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a keen willingness to learn.
  4. Drivers license and readiness to obtain a real estate license promptly. (Car will be negotiated in salary)
  5. Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
  6. Proficient computer and administration skills.
  7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

What Sets Us Apart:

  1. Comprehensive in-house training by our senior property managers/Director.
  2. A smaller-sized office providing a close-knit and supportive team environment. We are a unique office with several property managers and the Director is a property manager also

  3. Emphasis on workplace autonomy, independence, and flexibility. No clock watchers or time wasters - you must show independence, bring Joy and a desire to learn and improve

  4. Car allowance for personal vehicle use or option for a work car to be provided/negotiated (they are on order a brand new Toyota Yaris Cross)
