Personalization Specialist

Nosto's Ecommerce Team is looking for a Personalization Specialist to join their Sydney office.

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Personalization Specialist to collaborate with our Sales and Product Teams to deliver exceptional ecommerce experiences to international clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their goals, providing expert guidance on best practices, and ensuring seamless technical implementation of Nosto's Personalization Platform.

  • Empower clients to reach their goals through Nosto's platform, Visual UGC, data-based strategy suggestions, and partner network support.
  • Own the entire client lifecycle after onboarding, including training, retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in organizations and identify expansion opportunities for additional client investments.
  • Maintain high average Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rates within your portfolio of Mid-Market clients.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the Product Team.
  • Deliver keynotes and webinars on personalization aspects.
  • Create customer heroes and advocates, working with Marketing to share their stories.
  • Run effective Quarterly Business Reviews with your portfolio of clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Combination of analytical and creative skills.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce, its ecosystem, and drivers.
  • 2+ Years of Customer Success Experience in similar or complementary roles.
  • Excellent communication skills: active listening, persuasive writing, and presenting.
  • Ability to challenge client assumptions while maintaining service-mindedness.
  • Fluent English and ability to disseminate complex information in digestible ways.
  • Ability to own your book of business, balancing competing priorities and managing time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment.
