About the Role

Australian Concert and Entertainment Security (ACES Group, LLC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and patrons at various events and venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access control and crowd management services
  • Monitor and respond to incidents, including security breaches and crowd disturbances
  • Collaborate with event staff and security teams to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and patrons
Requirements
  • Valid 1A Security Licence
  • First Aid Certificate (current)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (current)
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
