This role oversees the operational aspects of fundraising and marketing programs under the direction of a Director.
- Manage donor databases, update information, and generate reports for Development and Finance Departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of gift records and donor acknowledgment while maintaining data integrity.
- Manage administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, minutes, filing, data entry, correspondence, and mailings.
- Coordinate special events associated with fundraising goals, including logistical planning, implementation, and vendor relationships.
- Work with Directors to manage event sponsorship, attendance, and recognition.
- Solicit in-kind support for events and operations.
- Support community members, such as volunteers or affinity groups, planning special events and initiatives.
- Oversee volunteer activities.
- Assist with Agency-wide events.
- Maintain social media accounts, email campaigns, web content, and electronic and print publications.
Bachelor's degree and five years of non-profit development, administrative, and database experience are required. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as high computer literacy, are necessary for this role.
