Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our Customer Contact team. As a key point of contact for approximately 40 teams within Council, you will deliver high quality customer service and assist in achieving core business objectives.

You will work across both Call Centre and Front Desk environments, collaborating with various departments to efficiently connect customers with key information and services. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where you can bring your skills and experience to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service as the first point of resolution for internal and external customers;
  • To collaborate with multiple teams to achieve common goals and objectives;
  • To maintain accurate records and data entry;
  • To contribute to a positive and supportive team environment;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for the community and delivering an outstanding customer experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate on day-to-day activities and new initiatives;
  • Proficiency in MS programs, computer systems, and databases with ability to work across multiple platforms;
  • A current driver's license and relevant experience in customer service, administration, or related field;
