Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at 7-Eleven. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or previous retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
