Senior External Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive communications strategies to engage diverse audiences
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement approved plans, adhering to best practices and organisational standards
- Coordinate with external vendors to design, produce, and distribute project communications effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration
- Oversee external campaigns across the organisation, creating relevant content to meet business objectives
- Research and write speeches for senior leaders as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in communications and projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, including high-level stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing community concerns and issues
- Proficiency in using SharePoint, MS Office, and Meltwater
- Previous experience working in larger organisations would be beneficial
