We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and drive digital innovation.

This is a newly created role that offers real autonomy to run projects, shape digital services, and collaborate with a social technology team. You will enjoy strong training support and the freedom to innovate on high-impact projects.

About the Role
  • Develop, maintain, and upgrade customer portals to ensure user-friendliness and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver new functionality.
  • Assist in rolling out additional portals, such as customer-facing ones, and support integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Create digital workflows allowing customers to log tickets, access information, and capture quality data.
  • Partner with infrastructure, help desk, and system development colleagues to deliver new tools, improve processes, and ensure security.
  • Collaborate with developers and senior leadership to plan and implement future system growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar Power Platform or Dynamics 365 focused role.
  • The ability to design, customise, and implement workflows, portals, and integrated systems.
  • Solid web development knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap) with good UI/UX understanding.
  • Proven ability to manage projects autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
