Job Title

This is a role for an experienced IT leader to drive digital transformation and innovation in a fast-growing fashion brand.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic IT initiatives that align with the business's organisational objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives that align with the business's organisational objectives and priorities.
  • Lead the digital transformation agenda, harnessing the power of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the IT department and the organisation.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the senior leadership on IT investments and opportunities.
  • Establish robust cybersecurity and data protection measures to safeguard digital assets and sensitive information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in IT Management.
  • Prior experience with Netsuite is highly desirable.
  • Five+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles.
  • Retail and online experience is preferred.
  • Experience and expertise in leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • ERP systems and integrations are essential.
  • The ability to communicate technology concepts to personnel at all levels.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focussed, driven and motivated.
  • A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square.
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
