This is an exciting chance to shape innovative solutions that will have a direct impact on the business.

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Expert to join our Sales, Marketing and Innovation team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing our commerce platforms, EDI integrations, CRM applications, and broader digital initiatives.

This is more than a support role - it's an opportunity to gain end-to-end delivery exposure, develop highly transferable skills in stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, and Scrum leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for digital platforms including CRM and CAD-based design apps, and other digital tools.
  • Manage software licensing, including setup and renewals, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate EDI onboarding and provide ongoing support for internal and external partners and customers.
  • Rfine and maintain accurate data across digital commerce systems.
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain user documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to track, manage and resolve digital support issues.
About You
  • You're a natural problem solver - proactive and highly organised, you take ownership of issues, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, and focused on delivering value.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 digital or application support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and licensing management.
  • Experience supporting or onboarding users to digital platforms or systems.
  • A willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
