Job Overview

As a Digital Enablement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital literacy across the business and improving understanding and use of existing software, automations, and AI solutions.

This position involves working closely with the IT and Digital team to drive efficiency improvements across the organisation and identifying additional use cases and driving change. Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences, championing digital innovation, and fostering continuous improvement will be key to success.

The successful candidate will have strong digital capability and previous experience delivering technology-focused content. Proficiency with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and update business systems with a user-focused approach to managing business change.
  • Create and curate learning content (such as videos, resource guides, and eLearning modules) and design and deliver training workshops and one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face, or blended environments.
  • Consult across the business to understand context, people, and needs.
  • Search for new opportunities, tools, and methods to drive innovation.
  • Support broader L&D initiatives and systems administration.
