At OMG Australia, we're innovators, trailblazers, and results-driven professionals. As a Digital Marketing Activation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop campaign briefs, build responses, and create channel strategies that drive results.
  • Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, analysing data and trends to improve performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Executives and Assistants, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal agency teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in digital activation or biddable media.
  • Proven experience in social and/or programmatic channels is essential.
  • Experience working on large budgets or enterprise accounts is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SA360, DV360, Google Ads, Google, Sizmek, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
