About the Role

Scentre Group is seeking an experienced Operations Activations Specialist to support the delivery of retail activations and manage operational processes within the centre portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading retail property group, driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Support the Retail Partner Experience team to deliver retail activations, monitor and manage shared inboxes, prepare and distribute weekly reports, and review customer experience audits.
  • Lead and support BrandSpace business partners on elevated risk categories, ensuring process adherence, requirement understanding, and safe operation and activation within the Westfield environment.
  • Manage, develop, and implement guidance for Workplace Health and Safety risks, processes, and overall incident management for BrandSpace.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney (VIC) or Brisbane (QLD).

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Program management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Change management experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, OneDrive, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Workplace Health and Safety experience preferred but not essential.
