Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, managing guest records, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of our Reservations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reservations
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Hospitality industry with Front Office/Reservations experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
