Christmas Casual Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Christmas Helpers this festive season.

About the Role:

As a Christmas Helper, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and helping to create a magical atmosphere in our stores. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store displays, and supporting the sales floor team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued;
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to make recommendations to customers;
• Supporting the sales floor team during peak trading periods, including evenings and weekends;
• Helping to maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards;
• Unpacking and replenishing stock as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, from 14 December 2024 through to 5 January 2025.

Salary:

$25-$30 per hour based on the General Retail Industry Award.
