Keegan Adams is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join their team as an Associate Director of People. This is a unique opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate with hiring managers, and advise on process improvements.
  • Business Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, provide guidance on performance and success, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Learning & Development: Work with business leaders to identify development needs, develop talent pipelines, and drive tenure.
  • General HR: Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and provide resources and advice on company policies and procedures.
  • Performance and Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and performance management systems to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Bachelor's degree with an additional HR qualification desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, driving business success, and crafting processes.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws, workplace best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
