We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic coffee professional to join our team as a Coffee Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Crafting high-quality specialty coffee drinks with precision and care
  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks and tea
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a focus on coffee preparation and customer service
  • Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Your Role:

  • Welcome customers, process orders, and handle payments efficiently and professionally
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and other beverages, adhering to recipe guidelines and presentation standards
  • Serve food and drink items to customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the premises, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the café, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage stock levels, rotate stock, and ensure quality control of all items, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency
