Job Title: Experienced HR Generalist

This role is an opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and success. As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with team managers to assess and improve employee job satisfaction, skills and identify opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Work closely with team managers to improve employee engagement and performance
  • Ensure accurate employment records are maintained

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
  • At least 3+ years' experience in HR
  • Self-starter with winning mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders
