Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely day-to-day support and guidance to managers and employees on workforce planning, job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution, and off-boarding.
  • Partner with senior leadership and staff to provide expert advice and support on all aspects of HR.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and systems to deliver exceptional HR & Culture outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with proven expertise and creativity.
  • Experience in OH&S compliance framework and WHS policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering practical HR operational solutions.
  • Excellent coaching skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
