We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a People Advisor, working closely with advisory and project teams to build client partnerships and deliver tailored HR solutions.

Your expertise will guide clients through complex People challenges, driving positive outcomes for their business. Key initiatives include employee inductions, performance reviews, and engagement programs, requiring a strategic thinker who's solutions-focused and proactive in adding value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
  • Provide general HR advice and support across the portfolio
  • Lead employee induction sessions and support managers in performance conversations
  • Oversee performance reviews, HR policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Guide managers in becoming effective leaders through HR expertise
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage visa/work permit processes for international hires
  • Analyse employee engagement surveys to drive insights and improvements
  • Partner with Talent & People Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Collaborate with Senior People Partners to create tailored solutions for clients' needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in business partnering
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyse HR matters and provide strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights for informed decision-making
  • Familiarity with software implementation projects and the ability to drive successful system transitions
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools
  • Skill in training program design and delivery to enhance employee development
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging HR trends and practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing DEIB strategies and programs
