About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality HR services and support the achievement of business objectives.

The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of HR strategies and frameworks across the business, provide coaching and advice to managers on best practice people management, and support them to effectively manage conduct and performance issues and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain relevant HR frameworks, policies, procedures, and practices across the business.
  • Manage performance and change initiatives, provide industrial relations advice, and deliver relevant training to staff.
  • Maintain and revise organisational policies and procedures in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and contribute to continual improvement processes and systems.
