Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team and contribute to large-scale construction projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maximise the day-to-day operations of crews while overseeing large-scale vegetation clearance programs for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures across crews.
  • Conduct workplace inspections of relevant work areas.
  • Support the Operations Manager in formulating, reviewing, and monitoring work programs for each section of work.
  • Provide effective communication, information flows, procedures, and records to facilitate delivery of contract and quality requirements.
  • Implement and utilise fleet to deliver on plans.
  • Support the team in achieving delivery and productivity requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments to meet overall business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • Current driver's licence.
  • MR/HR Truck Licence (highly regarded).
  • 4x 4 experience (highly regarded).
  • Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture.
