Data Collector Assistant

This dynamic position involves conducting timely follow-up interviews at specific intervals post-injury and accurately recording patient responses in the VSTORM database. You will work closely with patients to ensure they can provide feedback in their preferred way, including via telephone or email.



In addition to data collection, this role will also provide vital administrative support by arranging appointments, handling mail-outs, and addressing routine patient inquiries.



To be successful in this position, you will require relevant educational qualifications, such as a certificate in office administration, or a combination of experience and training in similar fields. Strong communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines are also essential.
