Senior Early Childhood Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Early Childhood Operations Director to lead our South Australian operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Area Managers, driving strategic change across our portfolio of centres, and leveraging their established relationships with regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple Area Managers and drive performance through occupancy optimisation, staff retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner directly with the Chief Operating Officer on state-level strategy and growth initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining our reputation as a trusted sector partner.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred) with 5+ years senior operational leadership experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience within early childhood education (preferably in a multi-site or turnaround role).
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
