An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong advocate and leader to join our team as Director of our Concord service. The role involves leading our campus with a focus on key areas, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality early learning and care to thousands of families in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our centre, focusing on exceptional childcare, education and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrolments and grow the centre's reputation in the community.
  • E nsure the physical and emotional well-being of all children and staff is maintained at all times, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong ECT or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Leadership and operations experience in early childhood education, preferably in a similar setting.
  • The ability to oversee and manage multiple areas of responsibility simultaneously.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training to enhance your leadership skills and knowledge.
