Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

Position Overview:

A senior early childhood leadership role exists for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the strategic direction and operational management of an Early Learning Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to drive centre excellence, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that promote child learning and development.
  • Manage centre operations, including staffing, compliance, policy development, and budget oversight.
  • Foster strong partnerships with families, carers, and the wider community to enhance centre reputation and outcomes.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and well-being focused environment for all children.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education (recognised by ACECQA).
  • NESA accreditation or eligibility, along with a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership within an early childhood service.
  • Excellent skills in staff management, compliance, curriculum development, and community engagement.
  • Passion for promoting high-quality learning experiences, child wellbeing, and inclusion.
