Role Overview

This esteemed position oversees daily operations, managing resources to ensure high-quality standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators, promoting collaboration, growth, and a productive work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation of engaging learning programs that foster children's cognitive and emotional development.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care, creating a nurturing environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with families and the community, encouraging their involvement and support for centre values.

As a Centre Director, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing a centre with at least 50 licensed places, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role within an early childhood setting.
  • Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months are mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, compliance standards, and National Quality Standards is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
