Guest Relations Role

As a key member of our organisation's customer service team, you will be the friendly face of our business, providing exceptional support and guidance to guests. Your welcoming approach and professional demeanour will ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

The Guest Relations team is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service, supporting daily operations, and communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to our organisation.
  • Support daily operations by assisting with reception, bookings, and group logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns confidently and empathetically, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining site facilities, including audio-visual equipment, to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • A natural flair for customer service and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to remain calm, organised, and detail-oriented during busy times, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems, with a willingness to adapt and evolve.
  • Proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one), and a C class driver's license with your own transport.
