Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Services Coordinator.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, and contractors. The successful candidate will have well-developed administration skills and a genuine interest in the aged care industry.

The Care Services Coordinator will support the Village Manager and be a key point of contact for our residents. They will provide general reception duties, assist with information gathering, correspondence, and general administration.

This is a dynamic role that involves:

  • Managing timesheets and payroll data
  • Raising purchase order requisitions and liaising with suppliers
  • Processing end-of-month data
  • Coordinating subcontractors on site for works
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position, ideally in an aged care or retirement living environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
