We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our Retail Property team at Cairns Central. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Centre Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Team, including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, and general office administration duties.
  • Process and track all AP invoices and expense reimbursements.
  • Enter tenant sales, insurance, and lease information into the system.
