About the Role
We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Cairns. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with various departments, obtaining quotes and establishing and maintaining project control registers.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage project documentation and S&Q's to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Establish and maintain project control registers (PCR) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to emails and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete records management tasks such as batching and profiling to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role.
- Strong Excel spreadsheet experience to analyze and present data effectively.
- Professional customer service skills to provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
- Good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Sound oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Effective time and workload management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidate must be an Australian Citizen.
