About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for creating proactive promotional programs to generate revenue across all areas of the hotel. This will include creating and implementing all hotel collateral, managing hotel reputation platforms, and leading and driving Food & Beverage marketing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Create and design all hotel collateral, including digital signage, menus, and special offers
  • Manage hotel reputation platforms, including Medallia, Trip Advisor, and Third-Party booking channels
  • Lead and drive Food & Beverage marketing initiatives
  • Build social media awareness across all platforms
  • Build media relationships and host key media hotel tours
  • Manage hotel database, direct marketing activities, and e-marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Relevant experience in a hotel environment
  • Flexibility around working days and hours as required by the business
  • High level of both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
