Supervisory Role in Maintenance Services

The Opportunity

A permanent full-time supervisory position is now available in our Homes NSW contract. Suitable for someone with experience in a similar role or a junior project manager with a trade background, this position involves working in collaboration with the Senior Supervisor to ensure efficient coordination and supervision of all field work in Bankstown and surrounding suburbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor work programs, delivering weekly updates to the Senior Supervisor and works manager
  • Manage Safety KPI inspection targets
  • Deliver on Quality notices review and close out
  • Manage KPIs, EOTs and variations

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's license (C) class
  • Trade certified – carpentry, plumbing or electrical preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in public housing or facilities maintenance management is highly regarded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
