About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a 2IC in Children Services.
  • As a 2IC, you will assist the Coordinator in designing and delivering a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service that aligns with the Y NSW's values.
  • You will oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging programs following My Time Our Place Volume II principles.
  • You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools, and charity partners to turn the Y's global mission into local action.
  • You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth.

About You

  • You will have experience of and commitment to being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children.
  • You will have experience leading others and the ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day.
  • You will be available to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours.
  • You will hold a Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent.
  • You will hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check and current First Aid and CPR qualification.
