About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our Children Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service that aligns with the Y NSW's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Coordinator in developing and implementing programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging programs that follow the My Time Our Place Volume II principles
  • Work closely with Y NSW families, schools, and charity partners to turn the Y's global mission into local action
  • Manage a dynamic team of Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure individual growth and development

About You

  • You will have a strong background in teaching or early childhood education, with a Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • You will have experience leading others and be able to critically reflect to develop innovative learning programs
  • You will be available to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours
