Workshop Operations Manager

Leading a team of professionals in a workshop setting is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair work in the workshop, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency are maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are able to complete tasks to the highest standard.
