About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Business Partner to join our team at Zinfra. In this role, you will be responsible for building partnerships with our clients and implementing company policies, programs, and initiatives to improve H&S risk management and safety leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a workplace HSE culture characterized by risk-based systems and proactive behaviors such as accountability, ownership, awareness, and leadership.
- Coordinating, organizing, and implementing various HSE projects, programs, and initiatives within assigned business areas.
- Providing professional advice, coaching, support, and guidance to management and staff on all HSE policies, processes, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting the interpretation and adoption of HSE legislation and assisting the business with safety regulatory requirements and interfaces.
- Coaching and influencing leaders to advocate for a positive and resilient safety culture.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in HSE and experience in large, high-risk industrial organizations. You will have demonstrated experience in implementing risk-based HSE systems and assurance programs, coaching leaders, and empowering teams. You will also have expertise in Australian HSE legislative frameworks, including incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Additionally, you will have:
- Proficiency in implementing risk-based HSE systems and assurance programs.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders to embed a mature safety culture.
- Exceptional risk management skills, including AS4801 familiarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for clear, concise, and accurate HSE reporting.
- Proven leadership in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
